The 22nd round of negotiation of Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) was held in Singapore during April 28-May 8. At the same time， the work group meetings in the field of goods, services, investment, rule of origin, customs procedures and trade facilitation, sanitary and phytosanitary measures, technical regulations and conformity assessment procedures, trade remedy, finance, telecommunication, intellectual property, electronic commerce, legal mechanism and government procurement were also held. According to the indications of the first RCEP leaders’ meeting held in November 2017 and the ministerial meeting held in March 3, 2018, all parties continued in-depth discussions on goods, services, investment and rules, and gained positive progress. The meeting emphasized that all parties would make joint efforts according to the Guiding Principles of RCEP Negotiations, make practical breakthroughs and promote the conclusion of the negation as soon as possible.
