On October 11-12, 2017, the 4th round of China-Singapore FTA Upgrading Negotiations was held in Singapore. Both sides discussed topics such as service trade, investment, rules of origin, customs procedures and trade facilitation and trade remedy. China-Singapore FTA Upgrading Negotiations were officially launched in November 2015.

The Upgrading Negotiations will further promote the development of bilateral trade and economic relationship and level it up in order to better benefit the enterprises and people of both countries.
