On April 7-10, Prime Minister of Norway Erna Solberg was invited to pay an official visit to China. Witnessed by the leaders of the governments of the two countries, China International Trade Representative and Vice Minister of Commerce Fu Ziying signed the MOU of Recovering the Free Trade Agreement Negotiation between the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fishery of the Kingdom of the Norway. With the Minister of Trade and Industry of Norway Mellan, Fu Ziying signed the MOU of Recovering the Joint Economic and Trade Committee between the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fishery of the Kingdom of the Norway With the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Norway Blender, Fu Ziying signed the MOU of Economic and Technical Cooperation between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Kingdom of the Norway.
Chinese and Norwegian economies are highly complementary to each other with profound cooperation basis. Restarting relevant trade and economic arrangement will be conducive to deepening mutual cooperation between the two countries and promote the China-Norway trade and economic relationship to be a new stage.
