13th round of China-ROK FTA negotiations was held in Beijing on September 22. Chinese Assistant Minister of Commerce Wang Shouwen and ROK Assistant Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Tae-hee Woo attended with their delegations. The two parties will conduct the five-day negotiations on trade in goods, trade in services, investment, rules of origin, intellectual property, technical trade barriers, sanitary and phytosanitary measures, economic cooperation and trade remedies.

The China-ROK FTA Negotiations were officially launched in May 2012. The leaders of the two countries have reached consensus at the beginning of July this year to make further efforts to conclude the negotiations before the end of the year.
