The 2nd Round of China-Georgia FTA negotiations was held in Beijing on May 9-13.

The two sides negotiated on issues covering trade in goods, trade in service, investment, competition, intellectual property, environment, e-commerce, rules of origin, customs procedures and trade facilitation, technical barriers, sanitary and phytosanitary measures, trade remedy and law. Consensus on some problems were reached.

The two sides agreed to hold the 3rd negotiations in Tiflis, the capital city of Georgia in July 2016.
